As part of the “Zollernalb Hospital” project, we developed a comprehensive energy supply concept for the planned construction of several new hospital buildings. The goal was to ensure a holistic and future-proof supply of heat and electricity for the entire hospital complex

Based on a detailed inventory and needs analysis of the existing main building and the surrounding neighborhood, various supply scenarios were developed. Particular emphasis was placed on the integration of renewable energies and the assessment of sustainability through energy and CO₂ balances.

Based on these analyses, we derived concrete recommendations for action that take both ecological and economic aspects into account. The results were documented in detailed reports and planning documents and served as a sound basis for decision-making in the further planning and implementation of the energy supply.
